Problem: Need for a quantitative support decision tool to explore alternatives for setting up a new business in Developing and Emerging markets for which conventional business models are not adapted.

Solution: Based on our Supply Chain Simulator product, a configurable tool for Supply Chain modelling and simulation that provides a flexible environment for performing what-if analysis. Monte Carlo simulations measure sensitivity of economic indicators to perturbations in the market.

Results: A powerful model embedded in an intuitive interface that helps making rapid decisions between different options for the organisation and the mode of operations of the Supply Chain.
