Our main guideline when a client challenges us with a problem to solve, is to first build a model of the problem which is as close as possible to the client's specific context.

Then we try to find the most adapted algorithms or heuristics from the pool of techniques provided by complexity science to come out with an efficient and robust solution to the problem. This can be made by using one of the most powerful tried and tested techniques from the academic field or, alternatively, by making a "home made" blend of several techniques mixed with our own methods and tools.
